\n<\/span>As soon as the transfer is completed, the money is automatically sent to the seller<\/span><\/p>\n

How Does TG\u00d6S Work? (Step by Step)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Application:<\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction is started at the land registry office and TG\u00d6S is selected.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Creating the reference:<\/span><\/p>\n

The system gives the parties a dedicated payment number.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Blocking the money:<\/span><\/p>\n

The buyer deposits the sale price into the Takasbank system (the money does not yet pass to the seller).<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Transfer of the title deed:<\/span><\/p>\n

The sale transaction is carried out at the land registry.<\/span><\/p>\n

5) Automatic payment:<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as the title deed is registered, the money is automatically transferred to the seller’s account.<\/span><\/p>\n
